As People and Culture Manager, you will advise senior leaders and mentor the P&C; team at Traine Construction & Development and Mainline Living. You will improve programs spanning engagement, performance management, total rewards, recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS operations.

The role balances operational excellence with long-term workforce planning across multi-site, multi-entity organizations.

Key Responsibilities: Develop People and Culture strategies with senior leadership Lead engagement, leadership development, and performance initiatives Analyze workforce metrics and trends for decisions Support organizational design,



succession planning, and change management Coach leaders on complex employee relations matters Requirements: Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field CPHR or HRPA designation, or progress toward designation Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience Experience leading or mentoring People and Culture teams Knowledge of employment legislation in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario Bring strategic workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership development expertise to Traine and Mainline Living in Kelowna.
