How you get paid

What you’ll do

- Run in-home appointments with homeowners who asked for an estimate
- Walk them through a custom lighting design for their home, including roofline measurements and a rendering
- Present pricing, handle questions, and close on the spot
- Collect signed agreements and deposits
- Optional: generate your own leads in the field for higher commission

Who we want

- Someone competitive and confident who likes to win
- Comfortable talking money with homeowners and asking for the sale
- Coachable, and hungry to get better every week
- Sales experience (in-home, D2D, solar, roofing, security, alarms, auto) is a strong plus, but not required if you have the drive
- Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- Available afternoons, evenings, and some weekends, when homeowners are home
