Reporting to the Manager, Personal Insurance, you will support customers, insurance markets, and Brokers through accurate transaction processing. Your work covers recent business, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, rewrites, renewals, records, and department projects. Service standards, carrier requirements, compliance, and audit standards guide daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process policy transactions through insurer portals accurately
- Validate data before completing processing activities
- Maintain records in EPIC and brokerage systems




- Manage EPIC homebase workflows and closing activities
- Provide backup support across Personal Insurance workflows

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage high keying volume accurately
- Strong customer service focus and caring attitude
- RIBO, CAIB, or CIP credentials are assets
