Key Responsibilities: Process policy transactions through insurer portals accurately Validate data before completing processing activities Maintain records in EPIC and brokerage systems Manage EPIC homebase workflows and closing activities Provide backup support across Personal Insurance workflows Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Ability to manage high keying volume accurately Solid customer service focus and caring attitude RIBO, CAIB, or CIP credentials are assets Support Cowan Insurance Group’s Personal Insurance department with careful processing, customer service, EPIC, and insurer portal expertise.
