Pharmasave Hamilton Village is looking for a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our community-focused team.

This is an excellent chance for pharmacists interested in interprofessional collaboration and expanding their clinical practice beyond traditional community pharmacy. Located directly beside a family practice clinic, we work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patients across a variety of care settings, including seniors’ residences and recovery homes.

Our mission at Pharmasave is to offer exceptional patient centered care in an inclusive and professional pharmacy. Our priority is the health and wellness of our patients and are committed to the full scope of the clinical practice of pharmacy.

Hours of operation are 9am-6pm Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm Saturday, and closed Sunday.

- Ability to deliver high standard of customer service and patient care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding on proper billing and audit risk mitigation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and work as part of a team
- Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients
- Takes pride in providing accurate, compassionate, and proactive care
- Is interested in growing clinically and professionally in a community setting
- Values teamwork, integrity, and patient advocacy
- BC Pharmacist License in Good Standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
- Authorization and experience administering injections and vaccines
- OAT training and experience dispensing opioid agonist therapy
- Strong clinical assessment, medication management, and patient counselling skills




- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Experience in seniors’ care or addiction medicine is an asset
