Lead physiotherapy practice in North York and York region while delivering community care through assessment, intervention, and clinical consultation. VHA Home HealthCare seeks a Physiotherapist Clinical Lead supporting Service Providers and diverse clients across community settings. This position combines physiotherapy services with clinical advice, orientation, mentoring, and best practice initiatives.

You will contribute to professional standards, clinical policies, and procedures while meeting regularly with the Supervisor, Rehab Best Practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide physiotherapy consultation, assessment, and planned interventions
- Advise Service Providers on clinically challenging situations
- Conduct joint visits supporting performance reviews




- Orient new Service Providers and mentor recent graduates
- Contribute to standards, policies, and best practice initiatives Requirements:
- Baccalaureate or Masters degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration in good standing with Ontario’s College
- Minimum four years of clinical experience
- Clinical expertise across varied physiotherapy interventions
- Excellent consultation and teaching skills Support VHA’s community physiotherapy teams through clinical leadership, evidence-based practice, consultation, and client-centred interventions.
