Superior Self Storage is looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Part-Time Customer Service & Property Assistant to join our team.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people but also likes staying active and getting things done. The role is a combination of customer service, office work, property upkeep, and general cleaning at our two storage locations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Assisting customers with their storage needs
- Taking and processing customer payments
- Handling basic office and computer work
- Maintaining customer accounts and paperwork
- Cleaning storage units and common areas
- Picking up garbage and keeping the properties clean and tidy
- Walking the properties regularly and helping keep them looking their best
- Assisting with general property upkeep and organization
- Travelling between our two Superior Self Storage locations as needed
- Other general duties to help keep our facilities running smoothly

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous customer service experience
- Be friendly, professional, and comfortable dealing with customers
- Have valuable communication and organizational skills
- Be comfortable using a computer and handling basic office tasks
- Be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy




- Be able to work independently and take initiative
- Be comfortable spending part of the day working outdoors and walking around the properties
- Be physically capable of cleaning, picking up garbage, bending, lifting and performing general manual work
- Have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel between our two locations
- Be willing to pitch in wherever needed and take pride in keeping the properties clean and well maintained

Hours & Pay

Part-time: Monday - Friday 10am to 2pm
$22.00 per hour

Hours are flexible and can be discussed with the successful candidate. The position offers a good mix of office/customer service work and active, hands-on work around the properties.
