The Manager, Process Engineering leads process analysts and engineers while developing improvement plans for key processes and work centers. You will standardize procedures and product flow, support Value Stream performance, and guide initiatives across Canada Post. Engineering, analytics, project management, and stakeholder management are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the local process engineering team and assign initiative resources

Lead projects improving productivity, quality, safety, and equipment utilization

Provide analytics on capacity, resources, performance impacts, and gaps





Build team performance through coaching and career development

Set staffing levels, operating strategies, and machine schedules

Requirements: Undergraduate engineering degree, preferably industrial, management, or process engineering

Professional Engineering designation required or completed within one year

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred

Three to five years of relevant functional experience

Two or more years supervising, with bilingual communication required
