Schedule: This is a full time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. A division of the Jim Pattison Group, the Jim Pattison Auto Group was founded in 1961 by Jimmy Pattison, when he purchased a GM franchise. Today, the Jim Pattison Auto Group encompasses 28 locations across Western Canada, representing 16 automotive brands.

Customer satisfaction is our priority and it’s accomplished through the strength of our employees. As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Nissan brand. Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner,



both in store and through phone and online inquiries.

Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives. Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.

Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEMfeatures, technology, and market trends. Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week. Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust. Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.
