Title: Project Control Officer/Project Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid, onsite 1–2 days/week

Duration: 6 months (possible extension)

Responsibilities:

- Lead/support projects through initiation to implementation.
- Manage project lifecycle activities and required project processes.
- Develop project-management artifacts.
- Monitor deliverables and adjust plans as needed.
- Identify project risks and mitigation.
- Work with project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and governance forums.
- Manage/validate financial forecasts and perform ongoing reconciliation.
- Monitor and track performance/issues.
- Work within Client risk, regulatory, compliance and enterprise project standards.

Qualifications:

- 4–6 years relevant experience, including 1–3 years project-coordination experience/managing small projects under 500k, plus a related post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
- The profile calls for stakeholder partnership, communication, collaboration, analytical/problem-solving, influence and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in Clarity application is preferred.
