This experienced leadership role oversees ABB’s Electrification Service project management team. You will balance operational excellence with customer relationships while managing project portfolio performance, financial forecasting, business operations, and compliance. The role reports to the ELSE Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end strategies for effective, on-time project delivery

Review portfolio performance and resolve escalated issues

Manage major projects against business and stakeholder expectations

Develop project managers through coaching, tools, and training





Lead revenue forecasting and cash flow planning

Requirements: Ten-plus years of project management experience

Experience leading project management teams and coaching professionals

Knowledge of portfolio management and financial forecasting

Understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
