As a Quality Representative - Foundations, you will assist operations with QA/QC program implementation and compliance. The position supports electrical infrastructure foundation projects through jobsite inspections and assessments. Success requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and understanding project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: Assist operations with existing QA/QC program implementation

Support compliance across electrical infrastructure foundation projects

Conduct jobsite inspections against project specifications





Assess work against applicable industry standards

Maintain detailed quality observations while working independently

Requirements: Three or more years of electrical infrastructure foundation construction experience

Construction blueprint and schematic review experience

ISO or American Society for Quality certification preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Bring construction experience, QA/QC knowledge, and careful inspection skills to Michels Power foundation projects requiring travel.
