Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmacy roles across Ontario and BC
- Source and engage pharmacy and practitioner candidates
- Collaborate with Pharmacy and clinical leadership on hiring needs




- Ensure accurate candidate experience from outreach to offers
- Administer job postings and candidate systems in Ashby ATS

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years recruitment experience in a healthcare context
- Specialized experience with pharmacy roles preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies like OCP and CPBC
- Strong attention to candidate data management
- Proficient in up-to-date HRIS platforms
