Reesink Canada seeks a Regional Manager to direct four branch locations and their leadership teams. The position drives profitable growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and financial performance across the region. Success requires agricultural equipment knowledge, business planning, P&L; management, and robust communication.

Key Responsibilities: Lead regional sales, service, and parts performance

Develop strategies aligned with organizational goals

Set branch priorities and monitor performance targets

Coach four Branch Managers and build capable teams

Manage budgets, forecasts, and regional profitability

Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Progressive agricultural equipment leadership experience

Experience managing multiple locations or managers

Knowledge of equipment sales, service, and parts

Ability to travel regularly across the region
