Key Responsibilities: Direct Johnson Controls’ regional EHS strategy and implementation

Lead incident investigations and identify root causes

Deliver EHS training based on needs and regulations

Conduct audits and track improvement plans

Manage first-aid and workers’ compensation claim support

Requirements: Occupational Health and Safety certificate, diploma, or degree

Seven to ten years of EHS experience

COR Certified Auditor with seven-plus years’ experience

Knowledge of Ontario OHSA, WSIB, and Manitoba legislation

Valid driver’s license and 30–40% regional travel availability
