As Regional Practice

Leader, you will guide engineers and technicians within the Technical Qualified Organization. The position emphasizes operational excellence, client relationships, project performance, proposals, and business development. You will also support technical delivery and strategic growth across Canada and globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead regional operations across Ontario markets
- Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, and chargeability
- Develop client networks and business opportunities
- Review project performance and support project execution
- Build teams through recruitment, retention, and development Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Professional Order membership or eligibility
- Ten or more years’ leadership experience
- Proven technical team and business operations management
- English required; French considered an asset Bring regional leadership, engineering expertise, commercial judgment, and people development skills to AtkinsRéalis’ Ontario practice.
