Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time

Beacon Hill Dental – Dr. Alan Chang | NW Calgary, AB

New Ownership. Fresh Vision. Exciting Growth.

Beacon Hill Dental, now under the ownership of Dr. Alan Chang, is growing — and we're looking for an RDH to join our team!

With over 35 years of established clinical history, we're entering an exciting new chapter focused on modern dentistry, professional development, and exceptional patient care.

We're looking for a hygienist who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and wants to grow with a progressive, supportive practice.

Why Join Us?

We believe quality patient care shouldn't feel rushed.

- 70–80 minute hygiene appointments — time to provide thorough, quality care.
- 1 hour 40 minute recall appointments with hygiene — allowing time for both hygiene and the dental exam.
- Sterilization and probing assistance — so you can focus on your patients.
- Modern technology — Cavitron, Woodpecker air polishing, iTero, and 3D imaging.
- Ongoing education — we're a Chrissy Ford–trained office with continued training through the Ford Dental Institute.

- $2,000 in annual dental benefits — because we believe in taking care of our team's smiles, too!
- Growth opportunities — be part of an expanding practice and help shape a strong hygiene department.
- Competitive compensation based on experience.

Who We're Looking For
- Passionate about preventive and periodontal care.
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented.
- Committed to clinical excellence and continued learning.
- ClearDent experience is an asset, but not required.

Recent graduates are welcome! We're happy to provide training and support. Come Grow With Us!

Whether you're an experienced RDH looking for a fresh start or a new graduate ready to build your career, we'd love to meet you.

At Beacon Hill Dental – Dr. Alan Chang, we're building something exciting, and we'd love for you to be part of it!
