Children’s Village of Ottawa-Carleton seeks a registered educator to provide high-quality education and care in a group setting. You will plan inclusive experiences, apply emergent curriculum, and use observation, documentation, and positive behaviour guidance. Programming will reflect How Does Learning Happen?, ELECT, and the Child Care and Early Years Act.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and evaluate inclusive play-based learning experiences
- Apply emergent curriculum through observation and documentation
- Build responsive relationships with children and families
- Maintain safe, healthy, inclusive learning environments
- Support students, volunteers, and supply staff

Requirements:

- Registered College member in positive standing
- Early Childhood Education Diploma, Degree, or equivalent
- Minimum one year licensed childcare experience
- Knowledge of How Does Learning Happen? and ELECT
- Valid Standard First Aid, CPR C, and Police Check
