This Registered

Nurse provides direct, person-centered care in acute inpatient areas. Working with an interprofessional care team, you assess patients, plan interventions, evaluate outcomes, and support discharge planning. The position follows British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives standards and Fraser Health values.

Key Responsibilities: Assess patients using observation, communication, data review, and physical assessment Plan, provide, and evaluate nursing interventions and care Coordinate care, assign tasks,
