Registered Pharmacy Technicians can apply prescription accuracy, narcotic reconciliation, and compliance expertise at Central Pharmacy Services in Burnaby. Work full time in a high-tech central fill environment.

This newly created RPhT position supports Central Pharmacy Services, a Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart division. You will process prescriptions accurately and safely while helping Pharmacists focus on clinical care. The work includes high-volume filling, regulated technical responsibilities, and patient privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check prepared medications, prescriptions, compliance packages, and products
- Complete appropriate corrections when errors are identified
- Count and reconcile narcotic and controlled medications
- Check products efficiently to maintain scheduled delivery routes




- Protect patient privacy according to applicable regulations

Requirements:

- Registered Pharmacy Technician license in positive standing
- Liability insurance to legally practise as an RPhT
- At least one year of continuous pharmacy experience
- High-volume filling experience preferred; PacMed or PacVision experience advantageous
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
