Fraser Health Authority in Surrey, BC is seeking a Casual Rehabilitation Assistant to support the Home Health team. You will implement rehab plans under therapist supervision, assist with ADLs, mobility, and wheelchair training, and participate in client assessments in home/community settings. The role requires completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant program and one year of relevant clinical experience, plus a BC driver’s license.
