This Reliability Engineer works within Tolko’s Meadow Lake OSB Division. The experienced, analytical professional leads maintenance-related projects and a small team.

Responsibilities include reliability improvements, KPI tracking, troubleshooting, and collaboration in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities: Lead predictive and preventative maintenance projects

Manage reliability project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Develop, implement, and track reliability KPIs

Troubleshoot equipment using blueprints and designs

Ensure provincial and safety regulations are followed

Requirements: Post-secondary engineering education or related field

Engineering Technologist education will be considered

Proficiency with RCA, RCFA, and FMEA

Project management experience in manufacturing

Experience with preventive maintenance, data analysis, and condition monitoring
