Job Description
Equation Staffing is currently seeking Forklift Operators for a client of ours located in Calgary, AB.
This position will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials within a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate forklifts (counterbalance, sit-down, or reach truck) safely and efficiently.
* Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
* Move products and materials to designated storage areas or production lines.
* Stack, organize, and stage materials accurately.
* Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Ensure inventory accuracy and follow company procedures.




* Follow all safety policies and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
* Valid forklift certification required.
* Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 50–60 lbs when required.
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic communication and organizational skills.
Work Workplace:
* Located in the Foothills Industrial, Calgary.
* Warehouse and manufacturing facility.
* Fast-paced environment with indoor and outdoor material handling.
