DMC Recruitment is recruiting an
Outside Sales Representative for a growing national technical building products organization.
We're looking for someone who
loves being out in the market — meeting customers, attending trade shows and dealer events, presenting products, networking and developing new business.
You take pride in your work, care about the company and products you represent, and genuinely enjoy being a
brand ambassador.
You don't need to know every product on Day 1. You'll receive extensive product training and support to become the
technical resource your customers rely on.

What You'll Do

- Take ownership of an established Alberta territory
- Develop recent business and grow existing accounts
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors and contractors
- Attend trade shows, dealer events, product launches and industry functions
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and training
- Represent the company and its manufacturers as a brand ambassador
- Develop strong technical product knowledge

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales, outside sales or business development
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow accounts
- Some knowledge of building materials,



construction products or the construction industry
- Genuine enthusiasm for trade shows, customer events, networking and product launches
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional and comfortable representing the company and its brands in the market
- Competitive by nature — you like to win, set goals and see results
- A strong team mentality — you want to succeed, but you want the people around you to succeed too
- Coachability and drive — you're always looking for ways to get better
- Technical aptitude and curiosity
- Someone who shows up, follows through and takes pride in doing things well
- Comfortable with regular territory travel and attending customer and industry events
