Job Summary:

The Senior Systems Analyst will support and enhance the Workforce Information Network (WIN), a critical Oracle PeopleSoft HCM ERP system used by the Ontario Public Service. This role involves analyzing business needs, designing and implementing system solutions, and leading change initiatives to optimize HR, payroll, benefits, and absence management processes within the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project teams to develop business systems and applications aligned with organizational priorities.
- Analyze business requirements related to Human Resources programs and service delivery.
- Provide expert business systems consulting on PeopleSoft technologies to meet client objectives.
- Recommend and design system development solutions and configurations tailored to client needs.
- Deliver technical expertise in complex systems analysis and design.
- Lead coordination and development of production support procedures.
- Support ongoing operational needs of existing production systems.

Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM, including PUM upgrades, PeopleTools upgrades, Fluid and Classic+ interfaces.
- Solid knowledge of system design principles and the ability to lead IT requirements analysis.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, testing, and implementing PeopleSoft business solutions in HR, Absence Management, Time Labour, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate system requirements and produce documentation.
- Interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and achieve business outcomes.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and change management practices related to enterprise HCM systems.

Desired Skills:




- Previous experience working in the Ontario Public Service or other public sector environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning evaluation and recommendation processes.
- Ability to evaluate technology options and provide clients with balanced recommendations.
- Knowledge of advanced PeopleSoft development and analysis techniques.

Must Haves:
- Proven PeopleSoft HCM experience including PUM and PeopleTools upgrades, and Fluid/Classic+ interfaces.
- Strong system design and analysis skills with ability to lead IT requirements definition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and documentation.
- Knowledge of project and change management methodologies applicable to enterprise HCM systems.
- Availability for 5 days onsite work as required.
