- Execute targeted cold calling strategies to generate leads and drive business growth; meet minimum weekly demo bookings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within the veterinary industry
- Establish and nurture initial client contacts, understanding their needs and providing insights into our solutions
- Engage in initial sales conversations with potential clients to lay the groundwork for future deals
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of client accounts to project implementation teams
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning





Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and lead generation, with a track record of meeting and exceeding call targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at quick thinking and problem-solving in client interactions
- Proven ability to manage preliminary stages of client engagement and nurture accounts towards revenue growth
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in both English and French is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is beneficial
- Independent, strategic thinkers with the ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and adhere to deadlines

The pay range for this role is: 60,000 - 110,000 CAD per year (Canada)
