Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this full time, permanent Contracts Administrator supports space rentals projects. The position coordinates contract administration, project documentation, purchasing, invoicing, and client communication. Your work helps sales and service teams maintain execution excellence across active projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sales and lease contract administration for space rentals projects
- Submit invoices, complete coding, reporting, and receivables activities
- Collect security deposits and register client insurance certificates
- Manage purchase orders through vendor payment and close-out




- Maintain subcontractor insurance and safety records against agreed terms

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education from a recognized technical school, college, or university
- Three or more years in construction or related professional services
- Administration, facilities coordination, or project support experience
- Understanding of accounting principles and budget review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
