About the Role

We are seeking a creative, driven Social Media Manager to own our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content creation, AI-driven marketing, and account management. You’ll be responsible for building and executing strategies that grow audiences, engage communities, and drive measurable results.

In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer commission opportunities tied to performance and client growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow company and client social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Social portfolio or examples of managed accounts are mandatory to submit. :

- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals.

- Create engaging video-first content (short-form, reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that reflects current trends. Video creation, editing, and optimization are mandatory. :

- Use AI tools for content ideation, editing, analytics, and automation to increase efficiency and creativity.

- Monitor social performance, track KPIs, and deliver reports with insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to align social campaigns with broader initiatives.

- Handle community engagement, including responding to comments, messages,



and fostering brand loyalty.

- Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

- Participate in leadership discussions, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a collaborative team environment .

Qualifications :

- Mandatory : Demonstrated social media portfolio and links to active social profiles or client accounts you have managed.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to create high-quality video content (shooting, editing, and optimizing for platforms).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, paid campaigns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, video editing AI, scheduling automation, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing multiple accounts or client portfolios is an asset.
- Experience leading or contributing in a team/leadership environment is mandatory.
