Junior Marketing Specialist

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and wear a few different hats along the way.

Location : Head Office - Coquitlam, BC Canada

Department : Services Group (Law, Advisory, Media)

Compensation : $50,000-$55,000/year

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing Support

- Help manage and update website content, including blog posts and landing pages




- Support SEO activities such as keyword research and on-page optimization

Content Creation

Campaign Coordination

- Help schedule and track marketing campaigns
- Maintain content calendars and timelines
- Collaborate with sales or product teams to align messaging

Data and Reporting

- Use tools like Google Analytics or social media dashboards to generate reports
- Identify trends and flag insights for senior marketing team members

Event and Promotion Support

- Assist with logistics for trade shows, webinars, or local events
- Manage promotional materials or branded collateral (e.g., flyers, swag)

Administrative Tasks

- Keep marketing documentation organized and up-to-date
- Maintain CRM data (like in Zoho or HubSpot) for campaign tracking
- Support day-to-day coordination with vendors or freelancers

What You Bring

- 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a similar program
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
- Curiosity to learn new platforms and eagerness to take initiative
- Comfort navigating basic tools — you may not be an expert (yet!), but you’re excited to dive into platforms like Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, and more
