You will join our Home Depot project for HVAC and run Home Depot leads.

The Role We are looking for a straight-up closer. This is a 100% commission role for someone who knows how to sell HVAC systems. We provide the leads; you run the appointments and close the jobs.

Commission Structure Pay is based on the product/tier sold:

- Tier 1 Products : 5% Commission
- Tier 2 Products : 7% Commission
- Tier 3 Products (High-Efficiency/Full Systems) : 10% Commission
- Sell better equipment, make a higher percentage. No cap on earnings.

What You’ll Do

- Run pre-set residential leads (no cold calling).
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems and ductwork.
- Present options ranging from basic swaps to high-efficiency upgrades.

Requirements :





- Must have Sales Experience (HVAC, Solar, or Home Services highly preferred).
- 100% Commission Mindset : You want the high upside of performance-based pay.
- Functional Vehicle : Required for home visits
- Physically Able : Must be able to check units in attics, crawlspaces, or outdoors.
