Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Restock product regularly.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance in sales and inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, including phone etiquette when handling inquiries.

Skills

- Solid background in retail sales is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
- Proficient in cashiering duties with attention to detail in cash handling processes.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while ensuring customer satisfaction.
