Overview

Duties

- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets through effective coaching and support
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on technological products and services
- Perform merchandising duties to maintain attractive product displays that maximize sales potential
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services, increasing store revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Support in training current staff members on store policies, POS systems, and customer service standards
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions and customer interactions

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, with a focus on technology products preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated ability in merchandising, cashiering,



and POS systems operation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively promote upselling opportunities
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts
- Previous experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is advantageous
