Job Overview : We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manager, I nside Sales and Service to join our growing team at our Edmonton Fasteners South Branch location. As the Manager, Inside Sales & Service**, your primary responsibilities will include processing customer orders and addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and product availability. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth sales experience for our customers by providing prompt responses, delivering professional customer service, and demonstrating accurate product knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Provide best-in-class customer service and help resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Provide pricing and inventory information to customers.
- Process and enter customer orders with detailed specifications into the computer system.
- Support Outside Sales Reps in processing quotes, orders, and other requirements.
- Help in organizing the showroom, stocking shelves, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications :

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a lead/supervisory or management position is required.




- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in the same or similar Industry is a definite asset.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Solid proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software programs
- Highly motivated with a desire to be successful.
- Willingness to gain advanced knowledge of our products and services.
- Self-starter who takes initiative in getting things done.
- A team player with a "can-do" attitude.
