Sales Representative - Corrugated Packaging

Norlands Box Company is a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging solutions, proudly serving businesses across Western Canada. We specialize in high-quality corrugated boxes, custom packaging solutions, and integrated supply support for manufacturers, food producers, distributors, and consumer goods companies.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our team and develop new business opportunities while managing and growing a robust portfolio of accounts.

This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing new business, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target industries
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and packaging buyers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and quoting to closing and account management
- Work closely with internal teams including estimating, customer service, and production to deliver solutions to customers
- Present Norlands’ corrugated packaging solutions and value proposition to prospective clients
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive account management and cross-selling opportunities
- Track opportunities and sales activity through CRM systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives

What We Are Looking For

- Proven B2B sales experience (packaging,



corrugated, printing, or manufacturing experience is a strong asset)
- Strong ability to generate new business and develop long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and service-driven environment

Pay: $150,000.00-$210,000.00 per year
