Sales Rep — Looking for Competitive Athletes (Montreal, Commission)

Lavage de Vitres Webster runs exterior home service businesses in Quebec, Ontario, and Florida. We hold the industry record for highest single-day revenue in window cleaning.

We only have 8 more spots on our Montreal sales division for 2026. This posting is aimed at athletes and former athletes — the people who know what it’s like to train, compete, lose, fix something, and win.

Why we hire athletes

Door-to-door sales is one of the closest things to competitive sport in the working world. You have a daily stat line, teammates around you, and a coach who watched the film and tells you what to fix. You also get told “no” forty times a day, and the only thing that matters is whether you keep going.

The reps who do best for us are usually athletes or former athletes. Not because they’re tougher than everyone else, but because they already know that reps beat talent, that being coached isn’t the same as being criticized, and that the scoreboard is what it is.

The training

Before your first solo day, you go through a six-phase onboarding program and role-play the script with us until you’ve got it cold. We teach an objection framework called ARTAC, built and refined over years on the doors, and give you laminated reference cards for the situations that come up most. Daily coaching from people who still sell.

A rep with no sales background took home $3,000 in commissions in a single day this season, in his first few weeks. He just ran the system.

Top reps explicit six figures in their first year.

The role

Door-to-door sales of window cleaning and gutter cleaning to homeowners across Greater Montreal. Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm. Paid weekly.

Culture

Top performers earn an all-inclusive trip every year — last year a villa in Tulum. Team dinners after record days.

- You want a guaranteed paycheck
- “No” tends to shut you down
- You’d rather figure it out alone than be coached
- You’re looking for something part-time or remote

Logistics

- Start dates rolling from May 2026
- Vehicle not required
- Bilingual (FR/EN) required
