- Opportunity for an experienced dealership Sales Manager or high-performing sales professional ready to step into leadership
- Lead, coach and develop a motivated sales team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Manage the sales process including sales staff check ins, desking deals, negotiations and closing
- Work with ownership and other departments to ensure strong inventory planning, merchandising and sales strategies
- Monitor performance metrics including sales reports, inventory turnover, market trends and pricing strategies
- Support marketing initiatives including promotions, RV shows, advertising and dealership events
- Maintain robust relationships with customers, manufacturers and vendors
- Create a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement within the sales department

Key Responsibilities

- Successfully coach and mentor salespeople on customer engagement, product presentation, negotiation and closing techniques
- Establish competitive selling prices and desk deals to achieve targeted volume and margin goals




- Monitor sales analysis, deviation reports, prep costs and weekly sales reports to adjust strategy when necessary
- Develop and manage the dealership inventory plan, ensuring proper product mix and healthy inventory turnover
- Oversee trade appraisals and establish accurate ACV values including reconditioning planning
- Effectively merchandise inventory across the lot and showroom to maximize customer engagement
- Hire, train and develop new sales team members while strengthening the performance of the existing team
- Coordinate with finance, service and parts departments to ensure customers receive a seamless experience
- Maintain strong customer and community relationships that build long-term loyalty and repeat business
- Support marketing and promotional efforts including events, shows and advertising initiatives
