Roles & Responsibilities

- Answer phones, greet walk ins and/or deliveries to the front, provide direction for customer questions, monitor Live Chat
- Support the AED Advantage Customer Care DESK to update and monitor customer service tickets when required.
- Assist in the AR process, ensuring invoices are sent and received to the correct payables contact, requesting information when needed
- Maintain communication with the team regarding order statuses when customers request updates
- Update contact information in CRM,



take down lead information and requests to delegate to Sales team
- Provide administrative support to the rest of the team as needed, including data entry, mail drop off/delivery, prepping correspondence and record-keeping
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products, services and promotions & company mission, vison and values

Skills

- Complete computer literacy, capacity for trouble shooting, use of web-based & Microsoft Suite programs
- Database management proficiency
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Passionate, Self-motivated & and Kind
