As a Route Service Sales Representative in Cintas’s Rental Division, you will service and sell within an existing customer base. The full-time first-shift position combines customer service, route driving, product delivery, sales growth, and inventory control. You will represent Cintas while maintaining quality standards and addressing customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive trucks along established customer service routes
- Deliver and pick up uniforms and rental items
- Build rapport with key customer decision makers
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Negotiate renewals and control inventory

Requirements:
- Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
- Meet Provincial requirements for regulated vehicle driving
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors physically
- Ability to follow driving and vehicle regulations
- Qualified and safe work approach
