Overview

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization for all tools and workstations to ensure client safety
- Provide body waxing services as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and professional environment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions

Skills

- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails,



or acrylics
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Retail sales experience to confidently promote products and services
- Upselling skills to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
- Valuable organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently and keep workstations tidy

Pay: $15.00-$25.95 per hour
