We are currently looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Answer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns
- Scheduling appointments and collect payments
- Verifying insurance and billing third parties
- Start of day and end of day procedures
- Basic cleaning and laundry

Preferential qualifications :

- Familiar with MSP, ICBC and WSBC billing, and a working knowledge of Jane app would be an asset
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers
- Team player
- Flexible hours

Job Types : Full time, Casual

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
