Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages using standard recipes and equipment
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Take customer orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
- Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and hygiene protocols
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including serving snacks or light food items
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality
- Uphold customer service excellence by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally

Requirements :





- Robust customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS , is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace with good time management skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work during flexible hours as needed

Pay: $41.00-$43.00 per hour
