Seasonal Customer Service Representatives (3 Positions)

Location: Vancouver Cruise Terminal → Vancouver International Airport (YVR)

Season: April 29 - First Week of October

Wage: $18.50/hour

Hours: 16-40 hours per week

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Shift Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

About the Role

We are hiring three seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support cruise‑to‑airport luggage transfer operations. This role begins at the Vancouver Cruise Terminal, where you will greet guests disembarking from cruise ships, assist with luggage handling, and ensure a smooth experience as they continue their journey to Vancouver International Airport.

You will finish each shift at YVR Airport, where guests pick up their transferred luggage.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests arriving from cruise ships
- Provide clear directions and friendly customer service
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient luggage flow
- Support guests at the airport during luggage pickup
- Maintain a professional, guest‑focused attitude throughout the shift





Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift, push, and pull 1-50 lbs
- Physical lifting/pushing is required for approximately 2 hours of each shift
