Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and process returns or exchanges
- Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure product displays are tidy
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
- Conduct product demos when necessary to inform customers about features and benefits
- Support merchandising efforts by restocking shelves and ensuring product placement aligns with store standards
- Uphold organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service excellence

Experience





- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills (English plus another language) are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities are important for success in this role
- Experience in technology sales or product demos is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a dynamic workplace
