Overview

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks using standard recipes and equipment
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Manage cash register transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly demeanor




- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
- Familiarity with POS systems , especially Micros POS , is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Prior experience with serving , food preparation , and cashiering is advantageous
