As Spa Receptionist, you will support guest experiences at the resort’s spa and fitness center. The position requires spa or fitness center experience, reception or customer service experience, English fluency, and teamwork. You will explain spa services, sell retail products, and manage guest inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome arriving guests at the spa and fitness center
- Explain available spa services and options clearly
- Process check-ins, appointments, inquiries, and payments
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate with spa staff for smooth operations

Requirements:
- Prior spa or fitness center experience
- Prior reception or customer service experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
- Valid work authorization in Canada
