We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Full time Dental Administrator to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have experience in dental administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for patients.

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules.
Utilize dental software, including ClearDent and RecallMax.
Assist with general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the practice.
Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative team members to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience.

Qualifications
Previous dental administration experience is preferred.
Experience with ClearDent and RecallMax is an asset.




Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a busy setting.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented approach.

Compensation: The advertised wage range is intended as a general guideline. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and availability.
