Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Foreman to lead field crews and coordinate concrete work from site preparation through project completion. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining secure, productive job sites and delivering work that meets project plans, schedules, and quality standards. The foreman works closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to resolve field issues and keep work moving efficiently.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate concrete crews, subcontractors, and daily job-site activities.
Plan work assignments, communicate priorities, and monitor progress against project schedules.
Review construction documents to guide layout, forming, reinforcement, placement, finishing, and related work.
Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and site readiness to support uninterrupted operations.
Monitor workmanship and perform quality control checks to ensure work conforms to plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
Enforce job-site safety practices, identify hazards, and address unsafe conditions promptly.
Track labor, materials, equipment use, and field changes; communicate schedule or scope concerns to project leadership.




Support budgeting and cost control by monitoring resource use and helping prevent waste and rework.
Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Coach crew members, support onboarding, and promote clear communication and accountability on site.

Qualifications
Demonstrated construction experience, including hands-on concrete work and familiarity with common concrete construction methods.
Previous supervising experience leading field crews and coordinating subcontractors.
Ability to interpret specifications and construction plans.
Working knowledge of quality control, job-site safety, scheduling, and construction documentation.
Familiarity with construction safety software; experience with SiteDocs is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and crew leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a quick-paced field environment and adapt to changing site conditions.
Willingness and ability to work on active construction sites and perform the physical duties required for concrete field operations.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
