Job Overview
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of internal and customer projects. This role works closely with project managers, engineering, production, logistics, and sales teams to help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and properly documented.

Responsibilities
Assist with the development, tracking, and maintenance of project timelines and schedules.
Support communication and coordination between project managers, engineering, production, logistics, and sales teams.
Assist with planning activities, scheduling tasks, and tracking project milestones.
Monitor project progress and prepare status updates and reports.
Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
Support project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage international shipping processes,



including documentation, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams and external logistics providers.

Qualifications
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required.
Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English is required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow established processes and support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.
High attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in project coordination or project support is an asset.
