Overview

We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Automotive Service Manager to oversee daily operations. This role coordinates vehicle repairs from customer intake through completion, supports technicians, and helps ensure a smooth, qualified experience for every customer. Automotive back ground a plus.

Responsibilities
Help lead day to day operations, including scheduling, repair workflow, and coordination between customers and technicians.
Ordering parts, ensuring suffiecient stock etc
Listen to customers’ concerns, explain recommended automotive repair work clearly, and provide timely updates on service progress.
Calling customers with estimates and service/repair recomendations.
Monitor work orders for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer authorization.
Handle customer payments and related transactions accurately, including cash handling.
Address customer questions or concerns professionally and work toward practical resolutions.




Maintain organized service records and help ensure the service area meets operational and safety standards.
Requirements
Solid customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Mechanical knowledge sufficient to discuss common vehicle maintenance and repair needs with customers and technicians.
Experience in automotive repair, or a related service environment is preferred.
Mechanic experience is a plus.
Accuracy and integrity when handling payments, cash, and service documentation.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with customers and a service team.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
