Overview

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces across different areas of the facility
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance and cleaning purposes as needed
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or pressure washers to ensure thorough sanitation
- Conduct basic facilities maintenance tasks to address minor repairs or issues within the premises
- Manage heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow safety protocols and proper procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and promptly
- Document completed tasks and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisors

Requirements :





- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and responding to client needs
- Reliable with a strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
